This Offer Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the purchaser ("Purchaser") and barcodestock.com ("Company").
Subject of the Agreement
The Company agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase barcodes, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Purchase and Payment
The Purchaser shall purchase the barcodes via the barcodestock.com website. Payment for the barcodes shall be made in accordance with the payment methods available on the Company's website.
Return Policy
a. Should the Purchaser be unable to activate the purchased barcodes, the Company will allow for a return, provided that the issue is confirmed by the Company.
b. Returns are permissible only when the number of barcodes in question does not exceed 50.
c. The Company shall process the return and issue a refund within fourteen (14) business days upon confirmation of the activation issue.
Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability under this Agreement is limited to the return of the purchase price paid for the barcodes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
By purchasing barcodes from barcodestock.com, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
